  I used to love this place due to the many amenities. But as I've read from other's experiences, I have to say the ladies (okay, just one) at the reference desk is flat out belligerent when it comes to reserving conference room space. And it seems they believe this space is there primarily for their own use. The process to book online involves checking the calendar, and if the room you want is available, request an online booking. Once approved, it's yours. Or it should be right? I had an interview this morning and for the third time in a row (!) I was bumped to a different room because they needed the room I confirmed online was available. They needed it for a staff meeting and the woman admitted she forgot to book the space in advance! Let me understand this: I checked online, the room was open and I filled out the form and booked it. But the library staff didn't follow this process and because of that I had to give them my room because they wanted it? Not a big deal except the room they pushed me into bordered all the offices and they are, as others have said, VERY loud. I had an interview during this time and even asked the staff to keep the noise level down. Instead, as I'm on the interview call, I hear loud clashing of dishes, doors slamming and loud laughter. I am floored. You are here to serve residents. I followed your process. You did NOT and I have to move to a very loud, disruptive room so you can have my room??? You've lost my 5 star vote and am now one of the others who am NOT happy with the services we pay for with our taxes. Get it right - you are here to serve us. It's not the other way around.
